Jim D’Amico, CEO and his team believe in new beginnings. That is why donating to a cause devoted to helping individuals trying to establish new ways of life, beginning with housing and work training is so important to the team. Whether an individual is coming out of recovery and sober living, domestic abuse situations or a correctional facility, people need a solid foundation. By offering housing security, work-related training programs and job placement, as well as, continued recovery and mental health services, people a given a chance to start new. Establishing Fresh Start is a way of giving back to organizations that provide these services and are committed to the success of integrating individuals in these risk categories to a more successful way of life.

“There are so many programs that could use resources to enable them to touch more of our at risk population and if we can help by providing those resources, along with, direct outreach to those that are housing insecure, we will have done what we set out to do and find new ways in the years to come to provide programs internally that will assist.”
CONTINUING TO GROW
There is still work to be done! That is why Century 21 North East, APM Property Management and Century 21 Integra are devoted continuing to contribute to the cause. With every home sold, apartment rented, repair service provided or property/condo association managed, we will make a donation to Fresh Start. The charitable donations will allow the program to continue to grow and help more of those in need.
